Feeling pretty good

So long time because Im lazy... I went to my meeting today and though I thought i wouldnt lose anything i lost 1.8 pounds for the week. My total is at 12.6. Im shocked that I lost because I ate so much crap this week. Ice cream cake, chinese. wendys. Oy! But just shows you if you stay on the points then it works. Im going to pray that I will be super good this week because I want to lose 2.4 pounds to get to 15 by next week. In two weeks im going to boston so a dream come true would be to lose 5 pounds in the next two weeks, but lets not push my luck lol. Just super relieved that I didnt gain anything. More salad, woo hoo!

Finally a good day after a shitty week

Just got back from the gym and feel sooooooooooo good! Maybe it was a bad week, but today was a great day. I looked like a tomato and all but I forced myself to go and Im so happy about it. So this is what a good day looks like :
Oatmeal = 3 points
Soup =      2 points
Bar       =   1 point
Sandwich= 7 points
Apple =      1 point
Coffee     = 1 point
Subway   = 8 points
Chips =       2 points
Pretzel =     2 points
Total = 27, daily allowance, 29 points
Workout= 30 min.

Lets hope for a good work out day tomorrow!

So not a great week mayber?

First there was the CPK, and now the gyro. Do they make flex points? Yes. But how often can you say I went over board and will use my flex points. Yesterday the entire day was so good and then, like a fat ass I had to go and eat a gyro sandwich. A perfect day ruined. Then today its moms birthday with yummy potatoes and meats and all the great Russian stuff I cant eat because we decide to dump sour cream and salt on everything. I am going with the intention to of eating only the shish kabab . That is the goal. Meat and salad. Meat and salad. Weigh in day is just 3 days away and i just have today and tomorrow to make up for the crappy week. Lets pray for a good to upcoming days and that I actually go work out when I get back.
