Drum roll please..... The scale says that I lost 3.2 pounds this week! Yay. =]
That makes my total 9 pounds in three weeks. I cant wait till next week when hopefully, I will finally get to the ten pounds mark! Goals for this week, moving more and not binge eating tonight when I have to stay up all night. No more to say right now, just super thrilled that today was a good day.
